IESYS solution

IESYS delivered the full automation software solution for Opel’s new multi-engine production line, designed to manufacture different engine types on the same line. The project included customized software development, integration with CNC machines and automated warehouses, RFID-based traceability and modular controls to enable long-term scalability. With a cycle time of 54 seconds per engine, the solution ensures flexible, precise and fully automated production.
