Scope: Turnkey delivery of a customized Baggage Handling System (BHS) for 6 train stations (Riyadh, Al Majmaa, Al Qassim, Hail, Al Jouf, Qurayyat). The solution includes design and delivery of turn-key baggage management solutions. The system adapts airport-style BHS process to railway baggage handling needs supporting check-in, security screening, conveying and arrivals handling, optimized for local operational context.

Goal: To optimize baggage screening and transport efficiency across multiple train stations, ensuring operational reliability, safety compliance and adaptation to the local environment and railway-specific requirements.

IESYS solution

IESYS delivered a turnkey BHS & BRS solution adapted for six train stations, combining airport-style baggage handling with railway-specific workflows. The system includes check-in, X-ray inspection, conveyors and arrivals handling, fully commissioned with local HMI control panels and designed for reliable operation under harsh climatic conditions.
