IESYS solution

IESYS extended an existing gearbox production line to enable the manufacturing of new pinions required for Opel’s latest transmission systems. The project focused on developing and integrating additional automation software modules, ensuring that the new gear types could be produced with high precision and reliability. The solution was seamlessly embedded into the existing line, with phased commissioning carefully planned to minimize disruption to ongoing operations and maintain production continuity.
