2025, told from the inside
An IESYS retrospective through the voices of the team who builds progress day by day
From Challenge to Progress. WE Engineer.
We felt the need to bring together the ideas, thoughts and challenges of this year.
Not to create a formal report, but to bring clarity and unity to a process lived intensely, from the inside, by the people who build IESYS every day.
2025 was a year of consolidation, a year in which we began to understand more clearly who we are, what we stand for and where we are heading.
An intense year that demanded real presence
For the IESYS team, 2025 was a demanding year.
Fast pace, busy periods, quick decisions and contexts that required immediate responses. Beyond the pressure, this year revealed something essential: people’s ability to stay connected, even in difficult moments—and this human dimension became one of the team’s strongest anchors.
2025 was a very intense year. We managed to keep up during busy periods and mobilize when needed. I am inspired by my colleagues’ openness and willingness to offer support. Collaboration feels natural and human.
— Andreea Ghimiș, Financial–Administrative Department Manager
Clarity as the foundation of culture
As the company grew, it became clear that progress could no longer be sustained without internal clarity—of roles, processes, relationships and direction.
IESYS went through a clear and well-structured transformation. The team gained cohesion and maturity.
— Tiberiu Iosif, ITS Manager
From a human perspective, 2025 was the year in which IESYS became more aware of its own identity.
We came to know who we are, what we represent and where we are going. Not by comparing ourselves to others, but by owning our own identity.
— Raluca-Gabriela Iacobiță, HR Manager
A more connected team, not just a busier one
One of the most important advances this year was the way teams began to communicate and collaborate more effectively, more directly and more authentically.
The most important progress came from how we listen to one another.
— Adrian Osvat, Industrial Automation Manager
From an organizational culture perspective, this meant more than efficiency. It meant psychological safety, shared responsibility and a sense of belonging.
Authentic and early communication is an act of shared responsibility. Challenges are easier to solve when they are expressed early.
— Raluca-Gabriela Iacobiță, HR Manager
From Challenge to Progress, lived by people
For the IESYS team, From Challenge to Progress. WE Engineer. is not an abstract formula.
It is a daily reality, lived through projects, decisions and relationships.
We transform technical challenges into functional and efficient solutions, step by step.
— Tiberiu Iosif, ITS Manager
It’s an engineer’s mindset, not a slogan.
— Adrian Osvat, Industrial Automation Manager
Where there is curiosity, there is progress—for people, teams and the organization.
— Raluca-Gabriela Iacobiță, HR Manager
The new IESYS identity doesn’t change who we are; it amplifies what already defines us.
— Alina Stanciu, Marketing Manager
What remains after 2025
2025 is not an endpoint. It is a foundation.
A year in which IESYS chose to settle, to embrace its identity and to continue building with care for people and responsibility for what it delivers.
A strong team is made up of strong people.
— Raluca-Gabriela Iacobiță, HR Manager
For IESYS, progress is not a spectacular outcome, but a constant process, built day by day, by people who choose to move forward together.
People Behind the Progress
This series is about the people who make IESYS progress possible.
Engineers, specialists, coordinators, people in the field or in the office—every contribution matters.
Transformation is not a box to be checked, but an ongoing process, built day by day, by people who choose to move forward together.
