Customer: BRAMAC – Sibiu

Scope: Modernization of a roof tile production line, focused on transport of wet tiles to drying chambers and transfer of dried tiles to the packaging line.

Goal: Deliver a more user-friendly and efficient production line, capable of handling 121 tiles per minute, with simplified operation and flexible parameterization.

IESYS solution

IESYS modernized the automation of tile transport and handling, upgrading the system with HMI-based operation. The solution simplifies daily use, maintains the production capacity of 121 tiles/minute and improves operator safety and flexibility.
